We inform you that your personal data will be incorporated into a single database with the Data Controller being Grupo INMOCAIXA, which is made up of the following companies: INMO CRITERIA CAIXA S.A.U. (Tax ID No. A63346290), INMO CRITERIA ARRENDAMIENTO,S.L.U. (Tax ID No. B63343172) and INMO CRITERIA PATRIMONIO (Tax ID No. B67300533), belonging to the property sector, all of them with their registered address in c/Berlín 38-48, 7th floor, Barcelona, 08029 and together forming: Grupo INMOCAIXA. Grupo INMOCAIXA is coordinated from the aforementioned facilities, where the systems and services of the said companies are centralised, in order to be managed in a unified way. For this reason, despite the existence of several data controllers, the file where your personal data will be stored will be processed internally as a single database and regarding which you can exercise the rights described below.

We inform you that your data will not be transferred, sold, rented or otherwise made available to any third parties, except for the necessary companies for the execution of the processing and Grupo INMOCAIXA’s service providers, who carry out certain activities for the companies which make up the said Group, (by way of example, these activities may include the sending of correspondence, computer service providers, etc.), but under no circumstances may it be for their own purposes.

Similarly, if you do not wish to exercise a specific right, but you need to consult your data or you have a suggestion in relation to the processing of your personal data, you can also write to the addresses provided for the exercising of your rights.

Moreover, Grupo INMOCAIXA informs you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD in its Spanish acronym), the competent authority in the matter of data protection.

The information received by Grupo INMOCAIXA through this website will be processed with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
